Files to backup differ among communications types.
TCP/IP Direct
When using TCP/IP Direct connections, backup the following files:
<Folder where Live Help Expert is installed>\DIPPBOOK.DAT |
<Folder where Live Help Expert is installed>\LHADDRBKDB.DAT |
Modem
When using modem connections, backup the following files:
<Folder where Live Help Expert is installed>\PHONEBOK.DAT |
<Folder where Live Help Client is installed>\PHONEBOK.DAT |
Support Centers
When using CM or Live Help Connect connections, backup all files in following folders:

By default, Live Help Client and Live Help Expert are installed in the following folders:
