When Live Help communicates using Live Help CM Support Centers, the following ports are opened:

Monitor | A dynamically assigned TCP port (higher than 1024) (Opened on Monitor for communications with other Experts/Monitors) |
Client | 1513/TCP (Opened on Client for communications with Expert/Monitor) |
CM | 1514/TCP (Opened on CM for communications with Expert/Monitor/Client/CM Administrator) |
You will note that this port usage is the same as in the case of TCP/IP Direct with the exception of port 1514/TCP that is used to communicate with Connection manager.
