When Live Help communicates using Live Help Connect Support Centers, the following ports are opened:
Connect Dispatcher | 1514/TCP and 1657/TCP (Opened on Connect Dispatcher for communications with Expert/Monitor/Client/Connect Administrator) |
Connect Server | 1513/TCP (Opened on Connect Server for communications with Expert/Monitor/Client) |
Port 1514/TCP and 1657/TCP are used for communications from an Expert/Monitor/Client/ or Connect Administrator to Connect Dispatcher and must not be restricted.
Also, port 1513/TCP is used for communications from an Expert/Monitor/ Client to a Connect Server and also must not be restricted.
