As summarized in the Method 1 (See the Windows Firewall settings required for Live Help above), you may use the Windows(R) Security Alert dialog box to allow incoming Live Help traffic.
When you run Live Help Client not as a service or a Live Help Expert tries to connect to Live Help Client on your computer, the Windows(R) Security Alert dialog box will appear and ask if you want to block or unblock the connection. When prompted, click the Unblock button. The name "DTC Application" is an alias of Live Help.
