15.4.4 Using added Support Centers

15.4.4.1 Establishing Live Help Sessions using an added Support Center

If multiple CCL files exist in either the CLICCL or EXPCCL directories, a user can select which Support Center to utilize.

To use an added Support Center, just select it instead of the default Support Center (Support TCP/IP) when you create a support request or join a support session. Refer to the section Establishing Live Help Sessions using Live Help Connection Manager in Using Live Help Connection Manager with Basic Configuration on how to establish a support session using a Support Center)


15.4.4.2 Deleting the default CCL file and Support Center

In case you don't use the default CCL file (SUPTCP.CCL), you can delete it to prevent misuse of it.
Also, you can delete the default Support Center (Support TCP/IP), if you don't use it.

Refer to the following sections for detailed instructions for each step.

Note

Do not delete DCTCP.CCL file. It contains configuration information for the TCP/IP Direct Connect connection method.
