During a support session where another Support Specialist is participating, you may allow that Specialist to take Remote Control of your computer. Select Allow CTRL+ALT+DEL When Remote Controlled to permit another Specialist to send your computer the CTRL-ALT-DEL key sequence. This key sequence displays the Windows(R) Security dialog box on workstations. Consult your operating system documentation for more information on these dialog boxes.
This setting does not affect your ability to use the Send Keys feature to send the CTRL-ALT-DEL key sequence to a Client or another Support Specialist.

Since the Live Help Monitor lacks the ability to create sessions, it doesn't have option to Allow CTRL+ALT+DEL.
