11.4.3 Announce Entries and Departures

You can choose to be notified whenever someone joins or leaves a session.

Whenever you are in a support session, you can be notified if someone joins or leaves the session.
Select Announce Entries and Departures to see a dialog box showing who is joining or leaving the session.
A new member will start receiving the Client screen when you and other members in the session click OK on the dialog box.
Uncheck the check box if you do not want to be notified. The default setting is on.

Note

You don't have to click OK on the dialog box showing who is joining or leaving the session since the dialog box will automatically disappear in about 30 seconds. However, the new member cannot receive the Client screen during that period.
