Replay Speed function allows you to change the play speed. In addition to normal speed replay, Live Help Replay supports high-speed replay at double speed and triple speed as well as slow motion replay at half speed.
To change the replay speed, do either of the following:
Click an appropriate button 
on the toolbar from the 0.5 (Half), 1 (Normal), 2 (Double), or 3 (Triple) button. OR...
Choose the Replay Speed command from the REPLAY menu to select a preferred speed.
