In the Live Help Replay application, you can rewind and fast-forward the session data file by 10 seconds.
To rewind or fast-forward the file, do either of the following:
Click either the 
Rewind or Fast-forward button on the toolbar. OR...
Choose the Rewind or Fast-Forward command from the REPLAY menu.
Note
As a result of rewinding or fast-forwarding a session data file, if the data length from the playing position to either end is less than 1 second, the position of the Seek slider may not match the time displayed in the Current time field. In this case, move the Seek slider to match the time or rewind or fast-forward the file once more.
