To open a session data file saved with the Live Help Expert application, do one of the following:
Click the 
Open button on the toolbar and choose a session data file in the Open dialog box. OR...
Select the Open command from the FILE menu and choose a session data file in the Open dialog box. OR....
Double click a session data file. OR...
Drag and drop a session data file in the Live Help Replay window.
Note
To open a session data file by double clicking it, you have to register the file type of session data files on your Operating System first. Refer to the section File Type Association for Session Data Files for details on how to register the file type of session data files.
