10.9.4 Live Help Replay Status Bar

The following figure shows the Live Help Replay status bar.

The status bar shows informational messages, such as information on the opened session data file and a description of the active menu item.
The information on the opened session data file includes the user name and IP address of the Live Help Client that had opened the recorded session, and the recorded date and time.

The recorded date and time will be changed as the session data file replayed. If you playback a session data file recorded on Live Help Expert V12.0 or earlier, the recorded date and time will not be displayed.

The TCP/IP address of the Live Help Client that had opened the recorded session will only be displayed when you replay a session data file recorded over a TCP/IP direct connection.
In case of a session data file recorded over a modem or support center communication, Live Help will display "Unknown" instead of a TCP/IP address.
