To playback a session data file in which the content of a session is recorded, use the Live Help Replay application.
Note
You must replay a session data file with Live Help Replay that is the same version/level as the Live Help Expert/Monitor on which the session data file was recorded, or higher than it. You may fail to replay a session data file if you use Live Help Replay that does not meet above condition.
