There are three ways to initiate Remote Control in a session:
Auto Start: Configure your software through the OPTIONS menu so that Remote Control will automatically at the start of the session. OR...

Remember, when a second Support Specialist joins a session, he or she does not take Remote Control of the Client. They will only receive a copy of the Client's screen.
Button: Click the Remote Control button. OR...
Menu: Choose Remote Control from the TOOLS menu.
If you have previously stopped Remote Control or you are a Support Specialist joining a support session already in progress, you can start Remote Control using the menu or the toolbar.
