4.3 Starting Remote Control

When a support session begins, you automatically have Remote Control of the Client's computer, unless the Client has taken actions that prevent this or you have disabled the option to automatically start Remote Control which is enabled by default.

Note

The Client can select what happens when a Support Specialist requests Remote Control. For more information on this feature, refer to the "Changing your Configuration" in the Live Help Client's Guide.
