Full Screen removes the title bar, menu bars, and scroll bars from the Live Help window.
To see more of the Client's screen, click the Full Screen button or choose Full Screen from the VIEW menu to display the Live Help window in the largest view possible. The Live Help Expert program removes the title bar, menus, and scroll bars from your Live Help Expert window and allows you to see the whole screen of the Client without operating the scroll bars.
In this full screen view, you access the Live Help menus by moving your mouse to the top of the screena pop-up menu displays a list of the Live Help menus. Select a menu and the menu items display. To close the pop-up menu list, click the mouse outside of the menu list or press ESC.
If you click the Full Screen button when you have a higher video resolution than Client, the Client's screen is displayed in a windowed Live Help Expert window using a part of your desktop. In this case, the title bar, menus, and scroll bars are not removed from your Live Help Expert window.
Note
When not using Remote Control, you can switch to full screen by double-clicking the right mouse button inside the Live Help window.
You can shift or "pan" the screen data to see "hidden" information just by moving your mouse to the edge of the screen.
If the Client has a higher video resolution, you will not be able to see all the information that appears on the Client's screen. When you first switch to full screen view, the lower right corner of the Client's screen is not displayed. To see portions of the screen outside the current viewing area, just move your mouse to the edge of the screen (the right side for example) and the incoming screen will "pan" to show the remaining information.
To return to the windowed view, choose Full Screen from the VIEW menu or click the Full Screen button. If Remote Control is not on, you can also close Full Screen by pressing ESC, or double-clicking the right mouse button inside the Live Help Expert window.
