Click the Receive Clipboard button to transfer the contents of the Client's Clipboard to your Clipboard. For example, you may want to examine a portion of a Client's configuration file. Once you receive the information, you can paste it into a document, or a call-tracking database.
You can also send the contents of your Clipboard to the Client or another Support Specialist
just click the Send Clipboard button to transfer the contents of your Clipboard to the Client's Clipboard.
You can also choose Send Clipboard or Receive Clipboard from the TOOLS menu.
