The following describes the group statuses.
Groups have the following characteristics.
Only the job nets for which one startup time is specified per day in Execute at in the Execution condition can be registered in a group.
A group is executed once a day (from the day change time to the day change time). Regardless of whether the group is executed automatically (scheduled) or manually, it is counted as one execution.
In case of waiting for message events, the message events will be cleared if the group is executed automatically upon the estimated start time or will not be cleared if executed manually.
The group status is any of the following. The display color is the Gantt chart color in which the status is displayed in the Gantt Chart window.
Completed
Displayed in blue.
The group is considered to be completed when all the job nets belonging to the group have been completed normally.
Abended
Displayed in red.
The group is considered to be abended when the group has been completed and any abended job net exists in the group.
Cancelled
Displayed in yellow.
If the cancellation operation has been executed to the group, the group will be in the cancelled status. However, if any abended job net exists in the cancelled group, the group will be in the abended status.
Warnings
Displayed in brown.
The group is considered to be warning when the group is in execution and any warning, abended or cancelled job net exists in the group.
Note
Even if the warning, abended or cancelled job net has been eliminated as a result of restarting the abended or cancelled job net, the group will remains in the warning status. The group will be in the normal status such as Completed or Pseudo-normal when the group has been completed.
Executing
Displayed in green.
The group is considered to be executing when the group is in execution.
Waiting
Displayed in pink.
The group is considered to be waiting when the group has been scheduled for execution.
If the expected message event does not occur, the group is carried over after the day change time. If it has been scheduled to start in the carried over day, it is executed only after the group of the preceding day (carried over group) has been executed.
Paused
Displayed in orange.
The group is considered to be paused when the user has executed the pause operation.
If the execution conditions are satisfied while the group is being paused, the group will be started after resuming.
Disabled
Displayed in gray.
The group is considered to be disabled when the user has executed the disable operation.
If the startup time comes while the group is in the disabled status, it will be skipped and will be in the pseudo-normal status.
Confirmed
Displayed in dark blue.
The group is considered to be checked when the user has executed the confirm operation to the abended groups (including cancelled groups when Check canceled Option is checked).
If the Validate group confirmation check box is selected in the Advanced Settings for Verification window (which is displayed by clicking the Advanced Settings button in Verification at error occurrence in the Use function1 sheet of the Define Jobscheduler Startup Parameters window), abended groups will not be scheduled until the confirmation process is complete, even if the day change time arrives.
By carrying out the confirm operation to the abended group, the group will be scheduled normally.
Pseudo-normal
Displayed in light blue.
The group is considered to be pseudo-normal when all the executable job nets have been completed and pseudo-normal job nets and completed job nets or only pseudo-normal job nets exist in the group.
