4.1.9 Startup Day Information

"Startup day information" is information retained by each job net about the startup days for three years including the current year.

The startup day information is created based on the content set in the following windows:

Startup days and exception days

There are two types of job net startup day: startup days and exception days. The two types are treated differently depending on the window used to set them. The following table explains the differences between startup days and exception days.

Type

Description

Set in:

Startup day

Basic startup day (startup day set semipermanently).

Startup days tab of the Job Net Properties window

Exception day

This may sometimes be cleared when the calendar or startup day is changed.

It is also deleted when only Calendar is distributed as policy information.

Triggers for the recreation of startup day information and the deletion of the exception day

The startup day information that was created when the job net was registered is recreated according to the triggers shown below.

If the startup day information is recreated, the exception day is deleted and the startup day is set again using the information that was registered in the Startup days tab of the Job Net Properties window. For this reason, care should be taken when performing the following operation.

The triggers for the recreation of the startup day information, and of the target ranges, are shown below.

Note that if there is a "Y" for "Halt recreation of startup days" in the table below, you can halt the recreation of the startup day and the deletion of the exception day by using the halt recreation of startup days function or by specifying the reschedule day.
