Job nets are scheduled when any of the following has occurred:
The Jobscheduler service ("Systemwalker MpJobsch") or the Jobscheduler daemon is started
The day change time is reached
The day change time, the holiday calendar, or the schedule pattern is changed
The Startup Days information of the job net is changed
A job net is registered or deleted.
Schedule processing behavior when the day change time is reached may vary depending on the setting in Carry over the process regardless of the day change time in the Job Net Properties window. Refer to "4.3.8 Carried Over the Job Net" for details.

If schedule processing is performed for job nets, or job nets within a group, that have not yet started because the execution conditions have not been met even when the scheduled time has been reached
If schedule processing is performed for job nets, or job nets within a group, that have not yet started because the execution conditions have not been met even when the scheduled time has been reached, the previous scheduled time will be discarded. Note the following:
Job nets
The previous scheduled time is discarded, and the next scheduled time is used as the setting.
Accordingly, check if there are any job nets that have not yet started, even though the scheduled time has passed, when making changes to the following:
Day change time
Information in the Job Net Properties window or Startup Days window.
If the day change time is changed to an earlier time, and the holiday calendar or schedule pattern is also changed, the previous scheduled time will not be discarded, even if schedule processing is performed.
Job nets within a group
The previous scheduled time is discarded, and the next scheduled time is used as the setting.
Accordingly, check if there are any job nets within a group that have not yet started, even though the scheduled time (on the day) has passed, when making changes to the following:
Day change time
Information in the Job Net Properties window or Startup Days window
Also, check if there are any job nets within a group that have not yet started, even though the scheduled start time and subsequent day change times (on the next day or later) have passed, when making changes to the following:
Day change time, holiday calendar, or schedule pattern
Information in the Job Net Properties window or Startup Days window
