Cause
Possible causes are as follows:
The network was disconnected temporarily during communication between the Systemwalker Operation Manager server and client
The port number (service name: jmnet) to be used by Job Execution Control is being used by another application
The port number (service name: jmnet) to be used by Job Execution Control cannot pass through the firewall
The port number (default: 9352/tcp) to be used by Job Execution Control is being used by software such as Networker.
Action method
Perform the following tasks according to the cause:
If there is a problem in the network, review the network.
Take action so that port number is not duplicated with another application.
Change the firewall settings.
