Is there a file that was created by the user immediately in the queuename directory (*1) that is in the Job Execution Control spool directory?

*1: /var/spool/mjes/mjespool/queuename
   queuename: queue name
   (If the subsystem is n: /var/spool/mjes/mjesn/mjespool/queuename)

Cause

If there is a file that was created by the user immediately under the queuename directory that is under the Job Execution Control spool directory, the qjstat command and qstat command cannot obtain the information correctly.

Action method

Delete the file that was created by the user, or change the location of the file under the Job Execution Control spool directory to another location.
