Points to check

Was the port number set in the services file of the connection destination server of the Systemwalker Operation Manager client? Alternatively, is the port definition correct?

Note that the services file storage destination will be different depending on the type of operating system used.

Windows versions:: <system root>\system32\drivers\etc\services

UNIX versions:: /etc/services

Cause

In subsystem operations, a port is required to communicate with the Systemwalker Operation Manager client.

Action method

In the services file, define the following items:

jobsch_winn xxxxx/tcp [Enter]

n is the subsystem number (1 to 9)
xxxxx is the port number
