Cause
If the IP address that was set in the monitored host definition is incorrect, monitoring cannot be performed correctly.
Action method
Change the IP address for each host set in the monitored host definition, so that it is correct.
Information
In Red Hat Linux and Solaris 11, the server name set during the installation is defined in the /etc/hosts file as shown below. 127.0.0.1 will be set as the IP address, therefore this must be changed to the actual IP address as in the "After" example below.
