Was the command executed on a remote desktop (Terminal Services client)?
Cause
The Jobscheduler command (such as jobschprint) does not support operations on a remote desktop (Terminal Services client). If this message is output, the Jobscheduler command may have been executed from a remote desktop (Terminal Services client).
Action method
To execute the Jobscheduler command, take action by executing it directly from the command prompt on the server on which the Systemwalker Operation Manager server is installed.
