Was the Valid only on startup days check box selected on the Message tab in Job Net Properties?
Cause
If the Valid only on startup days check box is not selected, the job net is started regardless of the startup day.
Action method
Select the Valid only on startup days check box. Accordingly, the job net will not be started on a holiday, even if a message is generated.
