Points to check
Does one of the following states apply?
The applicable group has ended today
The operation to modify the date/time for the startup was performed after the execution time of the group was exceeded, so the startup day will be today
Cause
If the group has ended, or it is the startup day for the group even though the execution time was exceeded, the group will be rescheduled to the next day change time.
The modify operation will be reflected after the day change time, so the next scheduled start day will be committed.
Action method
Wait for the day change time to arrive, and then check the scheduled start time.
