Points to check
Was the modify operation performed for a job net in a Waiting group after the current day's scheduled start time arrived?
Cause
If the flow, execution condition, or startup day was changed for a job net in a Waiting group after the current day's scheduled start time has arrived, a start further in the future than now will be rescheduled until tomorrow or later for the entire group, therefore the group will not be started on the current day.
Action method
Modify the job net in the group on or before the scheduled start time of the group, or after the group has ended.

Points to check
Has the start operation for the group already been performed today?
Cause
If the start operation for the group is performed before the scheduled start time of the group, it will be assumed that the group has already started, so the group will not start at the scheduled start time for that day.
If Scheduled time in the Job Net List window is the next day or thereafter, it will be assumed that the group has already started on the current day.
Action method
Perform one of the following procedures:
Register the group again before the scheduled start time of the group, or modify the group using the same definition content.
If the group is registered again or modified using the same definition content, after the scheduled start time of the group, the group will have the state described in "Cause" of "Action 1", and not start.
Use the start operation of the group to start the group.
Note that, if the start operation is performed for the group, the succeeding job net will start immediately after the preceding job net has ended normally. (It will start without the arrival of the scheduled start time and any wait for message events.)
Note that the start operation for the group can be performed multiple times in one day.

Points to check
Did the scheduled start time of the group arrive while the Jobscheduler service/daemon was paused?
Cause
The Jobscheduler service/daemon was paused, and the scheduled start time of the group arrived, when Startup on power-on if power is off during scheduled execution of the group properties was not selected.
Action method
Select Startup on power-on if power is off during scheduled execution as necessary.
