This section describes how to apply updates to Linked Servers, Relay Servers, and Business Servers.
Point
[Linux]
Apply the updates in single-user mode. Return to multi-user mode after the updates have been applied.
[Windows]
To stop the services, apply the updates, and restart the services, follow the steps below:
Stopping Agents
Issue the command below as a user with administrator privileges:
"%F4AN_INSTALL_PATH%\F4ANswnc\bin\swncctrl" stop |
Stopping the file transfer infrastructure
Follow the steps below as a user with administrator privileges:
Click Start >> Control Panel >> Administrative Tools, and then, double-click Services.
Select Systemwalker File Transfer Library Control in the Services dialog box, and click the Stop button.
Applying updates
Refer to the update information file to apply the updates..
