7.2.1 Uninstalling the Management Server

This section describes how to uninstall the Systemwalker Runbook Automation Management Server.

7.2.1.1 Uninstalling Systemwalker Runbook Automation

This section explains how to uninstall Systemwalker Runbook Automation.

Uninstalling the Windows version of Systemwalker Runbook Automation

Uninstalling the Linux version of Systemwalker Runbook Automation

Note

  • It is not possible to uninstall only Systemwalker Runbook Automation if any of the software below is installed in an environment where a Systemwalker Runbook Automation Management Server is installed - first, uninstalling the software below, then uninstall Systemwalker Runbook Automation:

    • ServerView Resource Orchestrator

    Refer to "ServerView Resource Orchestrator Installation Guide" for information on how to uninstall ServerView Resource Orchestrator.

Uninstalling the Windows version of Systemwalker Runbook Automation

Note

  • If an error occurs during uninstallation, refer to the Systemwalker Runbook Automation Message Guide for information on meanings and action methods for the messages that are output, and eliminate the cause of the error. Then, retry the uninstallation process.

    If the problem cannot be addressed based on the message that is output, collect the following log file from the directory indicated by the %SystemDrive% environment variable and contact Fujitsu technical support.

    • swrba_uninst.log

  1. Log in using an account that belongs to the Administrators group.

  2. Stop the Agent:

    "%F4AN_INSTALL_PATH%\F4ANswnc\bin\swncctrl" stop

  3. Start the uninstaller.

    Select [Fujitsu]-[Uninstall] and Management (middleware) on [Start] menu - [Program] or [All programs]

    Note

    If failed to install Systemwalker Runbook Automation and to uninstall it, Systemwalker Runbook Automation may be displayed on [Install tab].

  4. Select Systemwalker Runbook Automation (Management Server)], and click the [[delete] button.

    If it is OK to delete, click the [uninstall] button.

  5. If uninstall is completed, click the [finish] button and uninstaller be done.

  6. Restart it. Click [Yes].

Uninstalling the Linux version of Systemwalker Runbook Automation

Note

If an error occurs during uninstallation, refer to the Systemwalker Runbook Automation Message Guide for information on meanings and action methods for the messages that are output, and eliminate the cause of the error. Then, retry the uninstallation process.

If the problem cannot be resolved based on the messages that are output, collect the following log files and contact Fujitsu technical support.

  • /var/tmp/swrba_inst.log

  • /var/tmp/swrba_uninst.log

  • /var/tmp/bndl_uninst.log

  • /var/tmp/bndl_inst.log

  • /var/tmp/symfoware_sv.log

  • /opt/FJSVcmdbm/var/log/cmdbInstLog

  • /tmp/cmdbInstLog

  • /opt/FJSVibpm/Interstage-BPM-log.txt

  1. Log in as a superuser on the system.

  2. Stop the Agent:

    # /opt/FJSVswnc/bin/swncctrl stop
  3. If the CORBA Service is running, then stop it:

    # isstop -f
  4. If the service for using the Interstage Management Console is running, then stop it:

    # ismngconsolestop
  5. If the Interstage HTTP Server Service is running, stop it. Execute the following command:

    # /opt/FJSVihs/bin/ihsstop -all
  6. If the Interstage Java EE DAS Service is running, stop it. Execute the following command:

    # /opt/FJSVisjee/bin/ijdasstop
  7. If the Interstage Java EE Node Agent Service is running, stop it. Execute the following command:

    # /opt/FJSVisjee/bin/ijnastop
  8. If the Interstage Directory Service is being used, then stop all repositories.

    Use ireplist to check which repositories are running, and then, use irepstop to stop them.

    # ireplist
    No Repository Status
    -- ---------- --------
     1 rep001     Active
    # irepstop -R rep001
  9. Start the uninstaller:

    # /opt/FJSVcir/cir/bin/cimanager.sh -c
  10. The Selection window of software uninstallation will be displayed.

    Select Systemwalker Runbook Automation (Management Server). If Select "q" to close the uninstaller "1

    Type [number] to select the software you want to uninstall.

  11. Check the installation settings.

    Ensure that the settings are correct, and enter "y". If a setting must be corrected, then enter "b" to go back to the previous window.

7.2.1.2 Uninstalling the Fujitsu XML Processor [Windows]

This section describes how to uninstall the Fujitsu XML Processor.

Note

Ensure that no other products are using the Fujitsu XML Processor before uninstalling it.

The old version of the Fujitsu XML Processor may be displayed in the Add or Remove Programs dialog box (for Windows Server 2008 or later, this is the Programs and Features dialog box). If this application is not required, uninstall it as well.

  • %ProgramFiles%\FujitsuXML\Readme.txt (For 32-bit OS)

  • %ProgramFiles(x86)%\FujitsuXML\Readme.txt (For 64-bit OS)

  1. Log in using an account that belongs to the Administrators group.

  2. Start the uninstaller.

    Click Start >> Control Panel >> Program and Features.

    Select Fujitsu XML Processor V5.2.4, and click the Uninstall button.

    Note

    If the operating system is Windows Server 2008 or later, click Control Panel >> Uninstall or change a program, select "Fujitsu XML Processor V5.2.4", then click the Uninstall button.

  3. Click the OK button:

  4. Uninstallation will start.

    The program removal window will be displayed, and the program will be deleted, together with its information in the registry.

7.2.1.3 Uninstalling SMEE [Linux]

This section describes how to uninstall SMEE.

Note

Ensure that no other products are using SMEE before uninstalling it.

  1. Log in as a superuser on the system.

  2. Remove the FJSVsmee package:

    # rpm -e FJSVsmee

7.2.1.4 Uninstalling Securecrypto Library RunTime [Linux]

This section describes how to uninstall Securecrypto Library RunTime.

Note

Ensure that no other products are using Securecrypto Library RunTime before uninstalling it.

  1. Log in as a superuser on the system.

  2. Remove the FJSVsclr package:

    # rpm -e FJSVsclr
