Operation procedure:
When the monitoring software detects that a problem has occurred on a business system, the following troubleshooting processing is executed automatically.
Check the status of the service where the problem occurred.
If the service is not running, collect data for investigating the problem, and then start the service.
Send an email to the helpdesk to inform them that a problem has occurred.
