Description
Reading the accounting log deletion property file (metering_log.properties) was failure.
Action
Recreate the accounting log deletion property file (metering_log.properties).
Refer to "8.7.3 Metering Log Settings" in the "Operation Guide CE" for information on the metering log operation config file.
It failed in the acquisition of the value.
Description
The metering log operation config file (metering_log.properties) settings contain an error.
Action
Check that there are no errors in the metering log operation config file (metering_log.properties).

Check whether the accounting database is running, and execute it again after it starts.
The start method is as follows.
[Windows Manager]
Display the service screen ([control panel] > [management tool] > [service]) by the user who has the manager authority. And start the [ServerView Resource Orchestrator Service Catalog Manager DB Service(Charging)] service.
[Linux Manager]
Execute the following command by super user authority.
/opt/FJSVctchg/bin/ctchgstart
In case not solving it by the above-mentioned, collect the command log and contact Fujitsu technical support.
It failed in the connection.
