14.1 Metering Periodic Log Creation Processing Messages

This section explains the messages output by metering periodic log creation processing.

meter0101

Get Status succeeded.

Description

Metering periodic log creation succeeded.

Action

No action is required.

meter0502

Obtain imageName failed.

Description

L-Platform Management function has stopped.

Action

Check L-Platform Management function start and can be connected.

meter0503

REST error occurred.

Description

L-Platform Management function has stopped.

Action

Check that there are no errors in the metering log operation config file (metering_log.properties).
Refer to "8.7.3 Metering Log Settings" in the "Operation Guide CE" for information on the metering log operation config file.

meter0504

DB error occurred.

Description

Writing in the accounting database was failure.

Action

Check whether the accounting database is running, and execute it again after it starts.

The start method is as follows.

[Windows Manager]

Display the service screen ([control panel] > [management tool] > [service]) by the user who has the manager authority. And start the [ServerView Resource Orchestrator Service Catalog Manager DB Service(Charging)] service.

[Linux Manager]

Execute the following command by super user authority.

/opt/FJSVctchg/bin/ctchgstart

In case not solving it by the above-mentioned, collect the command log and contact Fujitsu technical support.

meter0602

It failed in the connection.

Description

Connecting to the accounting database failed.

Action

Check whether the accounting database is running, and execute it again after it starts.

The start method is as follows.
