Note

  • During uninstallation, certificates are backed up to the following folders. When reinstalling a manager and using the same certificates, copy the backed up certificates to the appropriate folders below.

    • Installation_folder\SVROR\back\site\certificate

    • Installation_folder\SVROR\back\domain\certificate

If the certificates backed up on uninstallation are not necessary, delete them manually.

  • Any updates that have been applied to Resource Orchestrator will be deleted during uninstallation.

  • If a manager is uninstalled and then reinstalled without agents being deleted, it will not be able to communicate with agents used before uninstallation.
In this case, the certificates to indicate that it is the same manager are necessary.
After installation, manager certificates are stored in the following folder:

    • Installation_folder\SVROR\Manager\etc\opt\FJSVssmgr\current\certificate

    • Installation_folder\SVROR\Manager\etc\opt\FJSVrcxdm\certificate

When uninstalling the manager, the certificates are backed up in the following folder. When reinstalling a manager and using the same certificates, copy the backed up certificates to the appropriate folders.

    • Installation_folder\SVROR\back\site\certificate

    • Installation_folder\SVROR\back\domain\certificate

If the certificates backed up on uninstallation are not necessary, delete them manually.

When operating managers in cluster environments, back up the certificates as indicated in the preparations for uninstallation.
When reinstalling a manager in a cluster environment and using the same certificates, copy the backed up certificates from the primary node to the above folders.

  • After uninstallation, folders and files may remain. If they are not necessary, delete the following folders (along with files contained in the folders) and files.

    • The Installation_folder (by default, C:\Fujitsu\ROR or C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\Resource Orchestrator) and its contents (Confirm whether folders can be deleted referring to the caution below.)

    • IAPS

    • IBPM

    • IBPMA

    • IBPMA_DATA

    • SQCM

    • SQC_CL

    • SQC_DATA

    • RCXCFMG

    • RCXCTMG

    • SWOMGR

    • SWRBAM

When uninstallation is stopped due to errors (system errors or processing errors such as system failure) or cancellation by users, resolve the causes of any problems, and then attempt uninstallation again.

  • Deletion may fail due to locked files. Restart the OS and then delete them.

  • The "%SystemDrive%\ProgramData" folder is not displayed on Explorer as it is a hidden folder.
To look into the folder, specify the folder name directly, or go to [Organize]-[Folder and search options] of Explorer, select the [View] tab, and enable "Show hidden files, folders, and drives" under [Hidden files and folders].

  • Setting information of the DHCP server modified using Resource Orchestrator will not be initialized after uninstallation. Perform initialization if necessary.

  • After uninstallation of Resource Orchestrator, the startup settings of the DHCP server become "Manual" and the service is stopped.

  • After uninstallation, when a password has been saved using the rcxlogin command, the password saved in the following folder remains for each OS user account on which the rcxlogin command was executed. When re-installing the manager, delete it.
