This describes how to upgrade the version by using the prepared installation settings file.
The software distribution function of Systemwalker Desktop Patrol can be used to perform version upgrade to the Client (CT) collectively. For details on how to distribute the software of Desktop Patrol, please refer to "Install using Software Distribution Function of Systemwalker Desktop Patrol".
The procedures for silent version upgrade are the same as that for “2.5.1.2 Execute Silent Installation ”. Please refer to this Section.

Notes when setting E-mail attachment prohibition mode
In case of Windows Vista®, Windows Server 2008® or Windows® 7, only the port monitoring mode can be selected as E-mail attachment prohibition mode.
When selecting the port for E-mail attachment prohibition, please make sure to specify a port not used in other processing and communication.
When performing version/edition upgrade from the following versions to V14.2.0, after installing "E-mail Sending Log Acquisition Function" and "E-mail attachment prohibition Function", the following cannot operate before rebooting:
BEV12.0L10
BEV12.0L20
SEV12.0L20
BEV13.0.0 /SEV13.0.0
When performing version upgrade from the following versions to V14.2.0, before rebooting, the version before version upgrade can operate well:
BEV13.2.0 /SEV13.2.0
SEV13.2.1
BEV13.3.0 /SEV13.3.0
V14.0.0 /V14.0.1/V14.1.0
