In Systemwalker Desktop Keeper, use a Web browser to perform log viewing and analysis.
The following browsers can be used as a Web browser:
Microsoft® Internet Explorer® 6.0 (ServicePack1)
Windows® Internet Explorer® 7.0
Windows® Internet Explorer® 8.0
Windows® Internet Explorer® 9.0
Please set the security level of Internet Explorer according to needs of the PC that uses the Web browser.
If the security level of the zone to which site (URL) of Web browser belongs is higher than the following levels, it will not be able to run normally:
“Medium” in Microsoft® Internet Explorer® 6.0;
“Medium High” in Microsoft® Internet Explorer® 7.0
“Medium High” in Microsoft® Internet Explorer® 8.0
“Medium High” in Microsoft® Internet Explorer® 9.0
When it is impossible to run normally due to the above reasons, the site (URL) of Web browser should be adjusted to the zone with lower security level than the above, or the security level of the current zone should be reduced.
Normally, because the zones of “Intranet” or “Trusted Sites” are in the security levels by default, it is suggested to register the site (URL) of Web browser to [Site] of any zone.
In addition, when Web browser is displayed, the current zone (“Intranet”, “Internet” and etc.) will be displayed at the bottom right of the browser.
Before logon to the Web console, please change (add or delete) the registration status of “Trusted Site” of the site (URL) of Web console. If this operation is performed during the logon process, operations such as logout may be unable to perform.
