The method for confirming/deleting the registered device information is described according to the following operation procedure.
The procedure for confirming various device information of “By Section”, “By Location” and “By Category”:
Log onto the main menu, click [Management Ledger].
The [Management Ledger] window will be displayed
Click [Management Target].
The following window will be displayed
Confirm the device information by section.
According to the drop-down menu on the left of the window, select [Select Section] from the list.

The meaning of each item is as follows: besides, it describes the situation of all visible column(s).

Confirm the device information by classification.
According to the drop-down menu on the left of the window, select [By Classification] from the list.

Set visible column(s)
It describes how to set the items displayed in the window.
Click the [Displayed Item Setting] button.
The following window will be displayed
Besides, the window when clicking the [Displayed Item Setting] button in the following window of device confirmation by section will be displayed.
Set the visible column(s) according to the following procedure.
Select items displayed in the PC List from the [Items That Can be Displayed] list on the left side of the window and click the [>>] button in the center of the window. Multiple items can be selected.
The selected items are added to [Visible Column(s)] on the right side of the window.
Select items not displayed in the PC List from the [Visible Column(s)] on the right side of the window, and click the [<<] button in the center of the window. Multiple items can be selected.
The selected items are deleted from [Visible Column(s)] on the right side of the window.
When modifying the order of [Visible Column(s)], select items from the [Visible Column(s)] list on the right side of the window and click the [Move Up] or [Move Down] button.
After completing the setting of visible column(s), click the [OK] button.
The visible column(s) of list of device are added to the set items.
Filter device
It describes how to filter the device displayed in the window.
Click the [Device Search] button.
The following window will be displayed

The procedure for confirming list of various device of “In Section”, [In Classification] and [In Location] are as follows:
Besides, the procedure will be followed “9.3.1.1 Confirm Various Device Information”. The following is described according to the window of “In Section”. The order of the visible column(s) of “In Classification” is different from that of “In Location”, but they can be confirmed according to the same procedure.
Click the values of items to be confirmed ([Number of Total Device(s)], [Number of PC(s)], [Number of Unused PC(s)] and [Number of non-PC(s)]).

User Definition Inherent Item | As Inventory information, it is the user memo set by the user arbitrarily. The user is displayed as the set item and user memo. For example, after the user has set “Asset Number”, “Asset Number” will be displayed. |

Besides, the unnecessary device information can be deleted during confirmation.
Or the procedure is followed “9.3.1.2 Confirm List of Device”, “9.3.1.4 Confirm History Information”, “9.4.1.3 Confirm Details of Contract”, “9.5.1.2 Confirm List of Stocktaking”.
Click the asset number of device to be confirmed.

Confirm the device details of selected items.
Besides, when [Setup Place] meets the following 2 conditions at the same time, [Supplement for Setting Location] set in the segment management window will be enclosed by brackets.
Conditions for display: device which has been set IP address and whose setting location has been confirmed through IP address and the setting location matches.

When selecting the [Asset Information] tab
The asset information is displayed. Main-body Information and network information of the device can be viewed.
When selecting the [Related Device Information] tab
The related device information is displayed. Device list information related to the organization can be viewed.
When selecting the [User Memo(DTPA)] tab
The user memo is displayed. [User Memo(DTPA) 1~60] registered as device information can be viewed.
When selecting the [Contract Information] tab
The contract information is displayed. The contract information distributed in the device can be viewed.
When selecting the [Update History Information] tab
The update history information is displayed. The update history information of the device can be viewed.
When confirming the update history of the device information, through the filter specified according to the range of the unit and modification date of asset information/device information/contract information, extract the correspondent device list.
Confirm the device list by filtering update history
Log onto the main menu and click [Management Ledger].

The list of device output from the [History Filtering Result] window is output one line in one operation. Even if multiple items are modified in one operation, one line of result will be displayed.
When other application and so on are using history filtering result, click the [CSV Export] button, files in Excel/CSV format are output.
When viewing update history by device unit, click the link of device name (or asset number) to be viewed.

The information before and after modification output to the [Update History] window will display the updated information.
Confirm the update history of the selected machine.

The procedure for deleting device information is as follows. The deletion of the device information will be the procedure after “9.3.1.2 Confirm List of Device”.
Start the window for confirming device details.
Click the [Delete] button in the window above.
The following window will be displayed
Input the annotation for the operation of deleting the device information.
Including single-byte alphanumeric characters, single-byte symbols and multi-byte characters, 64 characters at most can be set for the annotation.
The information input as the annotation can be confirmed the update history window. For the update history window, please refer to “9.3.1.4 Confirm History Information”.
When deleting the related device also, select the related device to be deleted.
Click the [OK] button.
The device information is deleted.
Note
The section administrator cannot delete the related device of other section
The device information which can be deleted by the section administrator is limited to this section and its subordinate machine.
Even if the related device is managed by this section itself, but when this related device is managed by other section, it cannot be deleted.
In this case, “Cannot Delete Device of Other Section” will be displayed in the remarks of the window above.
