The installation status of software to be audited, the installation status of security patches and installation status of anti-virus software can be confirmed according to the collected information. In addition, this kind of information can also be saved as files in CSV format.
How to view
By selecting the PC displayed in the [PC Information] window of the Main Menu, the installation status of software to be audited can be confirmed.
The procedure is as follows.
Log in to the Main Menu, and click [PC Information].
→ The [PC Information] window will be displayed.
Click [Software Auditing].
→The following window will be displayed.
Select the section to be displayed.
→The following window will be displayed.
Select the software vender from the group displayed under [Software Installation Status] of the tree in the field on the left.
→ The list of software provided by the selected software vender will be displayed in the field on the right.
Click the Corresponding Number.
→ The PC list will be displayed.
Click the displayed PC name.
→Inventory information of the clicked PC will be displayed.
Select the displayed items.
→The selected window will be displayed. For displayed window, please refer to “3.2.1 View Inventory Information”.
How to output CSV file
The collected information can be output as CSV file.
To output to CSV file, click the [CSV Export] button to output according to the window.
Whether the security patch has been installed on CT can be confirmed.
In addition, when setting of alarm notification has been performed, the installation status of security patches can be confirmed by E-mail. For settings of alarm notification, please refer to “2.4 Set Alarm Notification”.
How to view
The installation status of security patch can be confirmed. In addition, the installation status can also be saved as files in CSV format.
The procedure is as follows.
Log in to the Main Menu, and click [PC Information].
→ The [PC Information] window will be displayed.
Click [Software Auditing] .
→The following window will be displayed.
Select the section to be displayed.
→The following window will be displayed.
Select a product from [Security Patch] of the tree in the field on the left.
→ The information of the unapplied security patches corresponding to the selected product will be displayed in the field on the right.
Confirm the number of correspondent PCs displayed in the software list.

To output the installation status of security patches to files in CSV format, please click the [CSV Export] button.
The installation status of anti-virus software can be confirmed.
The procedure is as follows.
Log in to the Main Menu, and click [PC Information].
→ The [PC Information] window will be displayed.
Click the [Software Auditing] window.
→The following window will be displayed.
Select the section to be displayed.
→The following window will be displayed.
Select a software vender from [Anti-Virus Software] of the tree in the field on the left.
→ The anti-virus software provided by the selected software vender will be displayed in the field on the right.
Confirm the Corresponding/Non-correspondence Number of PCs displayed in the software list.
Please pay attention to the number of PCs without anti-virus software being installed and the number of PCs without latest virus definition file.
To output the installation status of anti-virus software to files in CSV format, click the [CSV Export] button.
Please ask the user of PC selected in the above “Confirm Installation of Anti-Virus Software] that has no anti-virus software installed to install anti-virus software.
Point
The anti-virus software to be distributed can be distributed by the software distribution function. During distribution, please specify the downloaded executable file in advance and installation can also be started automatically in the download address. For details, please refer to “Chapter 8 Distribute Software”.
