4.4.1 Replicate from Destination Volume to Source Volume

Replication from the destination volume to the source volume can be performed as follows.

  1. If a replication session is currently in progress, it must be cancelled before proceeding to restoration.

For details on this, refer to "4.3.8.2 Cancel an Equivalent Copy (EC) Session".

  2. Select the Volume Pair or Replication Group to be restored from the site tree and right-click to invoke the context menu.

  3. Select [Start OPC] to invoke the [Start OPC] dialog box.

  4. The [Reverse copy (from destination to source)] option must also be enabled for the restoration.

    Select other options as appropriate.

  5. Click [OK] to start OPC from the destination volume to the source volume.

  6. The copy progress is not refreshed automatically. Right-click the Replication Group or Volume Pair to open the context menu and select [Refresh] to check the latest copy status.
