Switch Name

Name of the virtualization switch

For virtualization switches other than the VS900 Model 200, the switch device name is displayed as “virtualization switch name (host name)”.

IP Address

IP address of Ethernet port for virtualization switch control of the virtualization switch

Group ID

Switch ID in redundant configuration

Indicates that redundant configuration is built with switches of the same ID.

Series Name

Series name of the virtualization switch

Hidden by default

Model Name

Model name of the virtualization switch

Hidden by default

Initiator

Details button for the initiator

Hidden by default

Status

Operating status of VSC Engine

"Normal": VSC Engine is operating.
"Stopped": VSC Engine is stopped. Otherwise, communication with the virtualization switch failed.
"Error": The VSC Engine is in error.

Management Software

Button for displaying the management software on a virtualization switch

Virtual Storage

Logical Status

The logical status of the virtualization switch

[Enabled]: The virtualization switch is enabled

[Disabled]: The virtualization switch is disabled

Resources of virtual storage

Indicates whether there are virtual storage resources

[Exist]: There are resources

[Not exist]: There are no resources

Composition Data

Version

Version number of composition data collected by the virtualization switch concerned

Status

Consistency of composition data between the virtualization switch and admin server

"normal": Consistent
"unusual": Inconsistent

Firmware

(VSC Engine)

Version

Program version number of VSC Engine

Creation Day

Build day of the VSC Engine program

Trace Level

Level of trace information collected in the virtualization switch

License Information

Displays virtualization switch license information.

Firmware

(FOS/SAS)

Version

Displays virtualization switch FOS and SAS edition number.

Point

The <Details> buttons for the virtualization switches displayed in the Maintenance window are hidden by default.

To display the <Details> buttons in the Maintenance window, follow the procedure described in "Items for display/non-display" in Section "A.1.2 Common operations in the window", and then display the initiator information.
