The EFI Boot Entry of the disk was not deleted, because memory was insufficient when the mirror disk was deleted.

[Explanation]

Memory is insufficient, and in the process of removing the mirror disk disk, the EFI boot entry was not deleted.

[Resolution]

Check memory use and, for example, exit some running applications to increase available memory. Additionally, with the bootcfg command, delete the boot entry "~(MIRROR DISK Mirror Group Number-Mirror Disk Number)" that was not deleted.

The EFI Boot Entry of the disk was not deleted, because an error occurred in a Windows API when the mirror disk was deleted.

A Windows API error occurred, and in the process of removing the mirror disk disk, the EFI boot entry was not deleted.

[Resolution]

Check the event log or other relevant information for a system error and take action to resolve the error. Additionally, with the bootcfg command, delete the boot entry "~(MIRROR DISK Mirror Group Number-Mirror Disk Number)" that was not deleted.
