Systemwalker Service Quality Coordinatorの製品概要について説明します。
Systemwalker Service Quality Coordinatorは、ITシステムの提供するサービス品質を可視化し、システム全体の最適化を支援するためのソフトウェア製品です。本製品を用いることにより、以下のような運用管理を実現することができます。
レスポンス情報、カーネルリソース性能、アプリケーションサーバ性能、データベース性能など、ITシステムの構成要素から、様々な情報を収集・蓄積し、様々な観点からの比較や傾向などを表示します。また、しきい値監視によりレスポンス劣化などの兆候が把握可能になります。
トラブルシューティングに必要な情報を常時収集します。また、一次切り分けのための分析機能を提供します。なお、常時収集する情報については、富士通のシステム運用ノウハウから厳選した項目をテンプレートという形で提供しています。したがって、性能に関する高度なスキルがなくとも、性能管理に必要な情報を自動収集、蓄積することができます。
システム全体のサービスレベル、および個々のサーバのリソースバランスが把握できるようになります。これによって、
が可能になり、システム全体の安定稼働に貢献することができます。
Systemwalker Service Quality Coordinatorが提供する機能の体系について説明します。
Systemwalker Service Quality Coordinatorの管理対象は、下表に示すように、大きく「サービスレベル管理」と「Web利用状況管理」の二つに分類されます。

Systemwalker Service Quality Coordinatorでは、表示・分析機能として、以下の機能を提供します。
システム全体の現在状況をすばやく把握するための表示機能です。
問題発生時に詳細情報を表示する機能です。モニタがサマリ情報を表示するのに対して、ドリルダウンでは、リソースごとの詳細情報を表示します。
定期的な報告や点検を目的とした、定型のレポートを出力します。情報の粒度や分析の目的に応じて、システム総点検レポート、カテゴリ別診断レポート、詳細レポートの、三つのレベルのレポートを提供しており、日報、週報、月報などの形でレポートすることが可能です。

Systemwalker Service Quality Coordinatorでは、以下の二つのEditionを提供します。
標準的な環境における管理機能を提供します。
上記Standard Editionに加え、以下に対応した製品です。
Managerを二階層(二階層運用)で構成して負荷分散を行うことにより、大規模システムの管理に対応します。
仮想ドメイン数が20を越える大規模仮想Webサイトの管理に対応します。
Systemwalker Service Quality Coordinatorは、管理対象サーバにインストールされたAgent機能が情報収集を行い、各Agentが収集した情報をManagerが一括管理する形で構成される製品です。以下に、インストール種別について説明します。
