3.1.5 Software Information

For software information, the following four types can be collected as inventory information:

• Software Information
• Program Information
• EXE information
• Registry information

Software Information

The results of searching using "Software Dictionary" of Systemwalker Desktop Patrol are collected. "Software Dictionary" means a definition function that defines software search conditions provided by "Systemwalker Support Center".

Search conditions are shown as follows:

• File search
  • File (including directory) name search
  • Full match and limited scope search of file date
  • File size condition (equal, larger or smaller) search
  • File version condition (equal or greater) search
• Registry search
  • Search by name of information on "Add or Remove Applications or Add or Remove Programs"
  • Search by any registry (search by the specified names such as Registry key and key value)

Program Information
