A.6.3 Backup/Recovery

mark1Is it necessary to stop a service during the backup and the recovery?

It is not necessary to stop a service when using the shundbackup command to backup the data.

However, if the system is operated without using an operation log file, an error will occur when updating the data (adding, deleting or updating the data) through an application during the backup.

It is necessary to stop the service when using the shundrecover command to recovery the data. In addition, the following commands cannot be executed during the backup and recovery:
