8.4.3 Installing Shunsaku

Install Shunsaku on all servers.

On the Director Server where the Conductor is Located

The installation procedure is the same as that for customizing the server configuration.

Set the inherited IP address determined in 8.4.1 Making Preliminary PRIMECLUSTER Settings for the 'Host name or IP address' input item when Shunsaku was installed.
Also set a directory on the shared disk for the storage directory for director data files.

Refer to Installation and Setup for Systems Running Searchers on Separate Servers in the Installation Guide for more information on the installation procedure.

On Additional Director Servers

The installation procedure is the same as that for systems where director servers are added.

Specify directories on a shared disk for the DataFileFolder and OperationLogFolder parameters in the director environment file.
