    1. Specify and execute the -route option for the "acarray detail" command, and check the communication method of the Primary Storage and the Secondary Storage. Refer to "Command References" in the AdvancedCopy Manager Operation Guide for Copy Control Module for information on the command.

    2. Follow the procedure for "Changing Information Other than ETERNUS Names and Access Volumes" in "Changing Registered Information for ETERNUS Disk Storage System" in the AdvancedCopy Manager Operation Guide for Copy Control Module to re-register the ETERNUS Disk storage system so that the communication method of the Primary Storage matches that of the Secondary Storage.   • When dealing with Web Console

    1. Perform the following procedure to check the communication methods of the Primary Storage and the Secondary Storage.

      1. On the global navigation tab, click Storage.
        The registered ETERNUS Disk storage systems are displayed on the Main pane.

      2. On the Main pane, click the target ETERNUS Disk storage system.

      3. On the Category pane, click Advanced Copy.
        The items of the Category pane change into the items concerning Advanced Copy.

      4. On the Category pane, click Overview. Check the connection type.

    2. Refer to "Configure Connection Type for ETERNUS Disk Storage System" in the Web Console Guide to change the communication method so that the communication method of the Primary Storage corresponds to that of the Secondary Storage. After this, re-execute the operation.
