The following is a description of the error messages about ETERNUS Disk storage system output when performing backup/restore operation of NAS volume and performing mount/unmount operation of NAS backup volume.
The error message is output in the following format.
ERROR: commandName: number: message
commandName : command name in which an error occurred
number : error number
message : error message
The meaning of each output message and its action plan are as follows.

Collect the information required for troubleshooting to contact a Fujitsu customer engineer. |
pdfsumount error. 1: ERROR: pdfsumount: 0016: mountPoint busy | NAS volume or NAS backup volume cannot be unmounted because it is in use. | After disconnecting the network connection from the client to the NAS volume or the NAS backup volume, re-execute the operation. |

Requested process cannot continue because Snapshot process exists. | Since snapshot collection is running, the backup or restore process cannot continue. | After the snapshot collection is completed, perform the backup or restore process again. Because there is no way to confirm the completion of the snapshot collection, wait a while and perform the backup or restore process. If the automatic snapshot collection is started, after stopping the automatic snapshot collection, perform the backup or restore process again.
