On Windows version V13.8.0 or later, when you use the wait for file job (chkfile command), you can wait for the creation or update to be completed.
On UNIX version or Windows version V13.3.1 or earlier, when you use "jobschchkfile command" or "chkfile command", you cannot wait for the creation or update to be completed.
Therefore, to wait for the creation or update of a large file, create a dummy file after the creation or update of the large file, and wait for the dummy file instead.
