20002

sfdsk: I/O error on last ACTIVE slice

Explanation

Caused a panic after an I/O error occurred on the only active slice in the volume.

Resolution

Disk failure may have occurred. Check if the physical disk is operating normally.

20003

sfdsk: class closed down

Explanation

Caused a panic after the class was closed.

Resolution

The following are the possibilities:

• Disk failure.

• An abnormality occurred in the communication between nodes in the cluster system.

Check if the physical disk and the cluster system are operating normally.

20004
