To start a cluster node, use the AWS Management Console and perform the following steps.
Verify that the tag "fujitsu.pclswr.is_recovery_target" value for the instance of the cluster node is false. Set to false if not false.
Start the instance of the cluster node.
Sets the value of the tag "fujitsu.pclswr.is_recovery_target" of the instance of the cluster node to true.
