The procedure to create a scheduler task is as follows:
To cancel creation in the process, click Cancel.
On the global navigation tab, click Scheduler.
The list of current registered scheduler tasks and their status are displayed on the Main pane.
On the Action pane, click Create under Task.
The Create scheduler task wizard is launched. Then, the welcome page is displayed.
Check the displayed information, and then click Next.
The Select of task type page is displayed.
Information
The type displayed on the page is "ACM Script".
If "ACM Script" is selected, the following scripts can be registered in the scheduler task:
Backup script generated by the Backup Wizard for Exchange Server
Backup script generated by the Backup Wizard for SQL Server
Select type from the pull-down list, and then click Next.
The Select of Host name page is displayed.
Information
The hosts that meet all the following conditions are displayed on the page:
The ETERNUS SF Manager or AdvancedCopy Manager's agent of Version 16.1 or later is installed.
The server that the ETERNUS SF Manager or AdvancedCopy Manager's agent has been installed is registered on the ETERNUS SF system as a Managed Server of AdvancedCopy Manager.
The host operating system is Microsoft Windows Server 2008 or later.
Select a host that executes the subject (script) of the scheduler task. In addition, enter the following authentication information for the selected host, and then click Next.

Domain name | Enter a domain name required for authentification. The specification of this item can be omitted. |
User name | Enter a user name required for authentification. |
Password | Enter a password for the user required for authentification. |
The Select of operations page is displayed. In this page, a list of scripts on the selected host is displayed.

The scripts that are stored in the following folder are displayed on the page:
In the case that the selected host is a non-clustered system
<AdvancedCopy Manager program directory>\Wizard\bat
In the case that the selected host is a clustered system
<Drive of shared disk for shared data of AdvancedCopy Manager>:\var\opt\swstorage\Wizard\bat
From the list of scripts, select the scripts in the order they are to be executed, and then click Add. Then, click Next.
To change a selected script or the order of execution of scripts, check the script to be changed and click Delete.
The Setting of schedule page is displayed.
Information
There is no limit in the number of scripts to be registered in one scheduler task.
Enter or select about the following items, and then click Next.

Execution period | Select the scheduler task execution period. Make a selection from one of the following.

Execution start date | From the calendar, select the execution starting date of the scheduler task. If either of "Once", "Hourly" or "Daily" is selected in Execution period, it is the first execution day. |
Execution start time | Select the execution starting time of the scheduler task. |
Execution interval(Hour) | When "Hourly" is specified for Execution period, select the execution interval thereof. 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, or 12 can be selected. |
Execution week | When "Weekly" is specified for Execution period, select the day of the week for the execution thereof. Multiple days of the week can be selected. |
Execution day | When "Monthly" is specified for Execution period, select the execution date thereof. One day can be selected from 1 to 31 or "Last". In the month that the selected date does not exist, task is not executed. |
The information confirmation screen is displayed.
As the information entered up until step 7 is displayed, finally check whether it is okay to create a scheduler task with the displayed content.
If it is okay, click Create.
When the creation of the scheduler task has been completed, a pop-up indicating the completion of the creation is displayed.
Click Done.
